• Lead coordinator and assistant are available all-day

• Rehearsal walk-through of processional with the bridal party, (small fee depending on hours )

• Oversee the ceremony and reception setup/breakdown

• Personal attention to the bride/bridal party throughout the wedding day

• Small tasks/errands throughout the day

• Assist in setting up any decor not handled by vendors/Anything Diy Etc.

• Craft a master plan timeline to ensure the event runs smoothly 

• Execute timeline with all vendors

• Serve as the “go-to” contact person during events to ensure couple and guests are relaxed

• Pack to-go dining for the bride and groom

• Coordinate Tips and final payments to vendors*
